My Fall Lineup

Hi did y'all miss me? Probs not lol, but regardless Fall is coming! My favorite time of the year, honestly I'm not trying to be quirky. There is a way the air changes and a smell comes through that shifts one day and it always brings me right back to when I was a kid and the holiday season starts, UGH so good.

Moving on back to probably why you are here, my fall fashion picks as of right now. I do enjoy following some trends, but I also understand what will work for me and what doesn't. So I'm going to be pulling together some classics and some trendy items as well. I've been trying to get into the habit of not falling into fads and only getting a few new things to add onto my wardrobe of staples.

From what I'm seeing, it's looking like a dark fall is upon us. Lot's of grunge and animal print is translating over from summer into F/W. Your favorite funky silhouettes are also crossing over, so those fun jeans and blousy tops are safe to stay in your closet a little longer. Pops of neon are still being done, but more tasteful in my opinion by being literal pops versus neon on neon. There is this utilitarian look that has been hanging on since Spring last year as well that is still finding it's way into this year's fall looks, personally I'm a fan. Oversized and oversized is also a silhouette that I throughly enjoy and is back in action as we saw it last year in fall also.

Some of my favorite spots to shop at during fall that are giving us all the vibes are, Free People, 12th Tribe, Aritzia, & Other Stories, and Revolve.

My favorite influencers for some style inspo for fall are, Sarah Belle (honestly queen of style, she is all my goals), Lily Adel, Sivan Ayla, Lauren Kawano, and Desi Perkins. Just a few to name the many I follow and get inspo from daily.
