#Trending Right Now

It's not secret that I work for Free People in their Palm Springs location (shout out Store 1860!) I'm their Visual Manager, so I take care of the visual aspect of the store so think mannequins, display, product placement, etc. That's me! I love what I do, and part of what I love what I do is I see these cool trends that start emerging through our product and seeing not only myself but my team and our customers adapt these trends into their everyday wardrobe! So here I am giving you guys the down low on whats poppin' in the Freep world.

Dress + Jeans. Now.. here me out. I was apposed to those trend VERY much so. Till I started dressing my girls (mannequins) in them and the more and more I saw it, the more I was in love. I'm a whore for a good edgy trend and bitch this is it. The way I approach is this good proportions. I'm not doing a wide leg jeans with a flowy midi dress okay it doesn't work like that. I want a nice raw hem ankle cut jean maybe a few rip and tares in her and then a dress that hits about 4-6 inches above that, just enough to show the jean but not enough that it's like what the fuck is she doing. It's such a cute Spring trend and literally anyone can do it of any age and it's the perfect look for someone who's edgy or conservative!
